The gong has the ability to take you to other realms. This is a 25 minute track of initial himalayan bowl and then a gong journey meditation. It can take you into a deep state of relaxation. Sound has proven benefits, it can lower blood pressure, decrease stress, create a state of relaxation, realign your energy, recalibrate you.

Best listened to on a bluetooth speaker or with headphones. There is a slight hum on the recording from the recording device. The gong is not the easiest instrument to record at home. Don't ut the sound too high as the gong gets quite loud in places.

Get yourself in a state of relaxation before starting the recording. Set your intention of what you want to get out of this or where you would like to journey to, or a question you would like answered. Make sure to drink plenty of water and to ground after it has finished. Dark chocolate or sometype of food is good for afterwards.
